PT Gress Tropika Frutindo Showcases West Java’s Premium Fruits at Trade Expo Indonesia 2025

PT Gress Tropika Frutindo recently took center stage as a representative of West Java’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2025. As the nation’s largest export exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, the event was held at ICE BSD City from October 15–19, 2025. The company participated following a direct invitation from Bank Indonesia’s West Java representative office.

During the five-day event, PT Gress Tropika Frutindo deployed a professional team consisting of Nur Muhammad Abdilla, Nina, and Rudy Lesmana. The team actively engaged with visitors, presenting a comprehensive catalog of signature West Javanese fruits such as mangoes, mangosteens, and bananas. These commodities are highly regarded for their export potential, supported by consistent and abundant production levels in the province.

Themed “Discover Indonesia’s Excellence: Trade Beyond Boundaries,” TEI 2025 hosted 1,619 exhibitors and attracted more than 8,000 buyers from over 130 countries. The event’s total transaction value reached approximately US$22.8 billion, significantly surpassing previous targets. This impressive figure underscores the robust global demand for Indonesian products, particularly in the competitive horticultural sector.

The exhibition provided the company with invaluable market insights gained through direct interaction with international trade partners. Beyond establishing new leads, the team successfully expanded their professional network and intensified their promotional reach. This participation was facilitated by Bank Indonesia West Java as part of its broader initiative to strengthen the export capacity of local SMEs.
